1. Reservations

Βy confirming a reservation, you declare full knowledge and acceptance of our hotel’s policies.

All prices on our website include taxes, are in euros per night and do not include breakfast. Prices may vary throughout the year without previous notification.

2. Deposit Policy

To confirm a reservation, a bank deposit must be made to one of the bank accounts listed on our website and a copy of this transaction must be sent to us via email.

This must be done within a time limit notified to you by the management after filling our reservation form in our website.

If the deposit is not completed and management is not notified accordingly by email, the reservation is considered invalid and the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation without further notification.

Reservations 1-7 days: For reservations with a duration of up to one week, a deposit of 50% of the room’s total rate is required to confirm the booking.

Reservations 8 days-1 month: For reservations with a duration of up to one month, a deposit of 30% of the room’s total rate is required to confirm the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

The hotel’s management kindly asks its customers to notify in advance via email of any changes or cancellations in the reservations.

In case of cancellation 29 days or more prior to the check-in date, no fee shall be charged, and the deposit will be fully reimbursed (only 15 euros will be withheld for bank commissions and administration fees).

In case of cancellation within a period of 29 to 7 days prior to the check-in date, the customer will be charged 50% of the deposit. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the check-in date or no-show, the full amount (100%) of the deposit will be withheld and, therefore, will not refunded to the customer.

Cancellations due to COVID-19
If you are forced to cancel your reservation due to government travel or free circulation restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Only bank commissions that burden the hotel will be held from the deposits. We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as your flight is cancelled.

4. Check in/Check out

Upon arrival to our hotel, you must have your passport or ID, as well as a copy of your reservation made through our reservation form on our website.

Check in and check out times, unless arranged differently, are the following:

Check in: 14:00 or later.

Check out: 11:30

Check-out time can be extended for an extra charge pending availability.
>>Check out until 14:30 extra charge 15 euros.
>>Check out from 14:30 until 20:00 extra charge 30 euros.
>>For check out after 20:00 the customer will be charged 100% of the official daily rate.

5. Children and extra beds

Children under the age of 5 do not have to pay for their stay provided they sleep in the same bed as their parents.

Cot beds are provided free of charge pending availability. Please inform us in the relevant reservation form.

Children aged 5-12 are charged 50% of the adult rate.

Extra beds can be provided pending availability and if there is enough space in the room for an additional charge of 15 euros per bed regardless the season.

6. Pets

We will be happy to welcome your pets provided the following conditions are observed:

All pets must be on a leash or in their transport boxes whilst in the hotel’s common areas.

Pets must not be left unattended inside the rooms.

Please understand that, should other guests be justifiably disturbed by your pet, the hotel will have no other choice but to refuse further accommodation of your pet.

7. Damage policy

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.

The management of the hotel will demand the full reimbursement of the cost of the damage from the customer. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the amount to the registered address or take further legal action.

8. Smoking policy

Smoking is forbidden inside the rooms as well as in all indoor common areas of our facility.

9. Force Majeure

The hotel or management has no responsibility when the performance of its obligations to the customer is partly or fully affected as a result of force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including, but not limited to, strikes, floods, terrorist attacks, etc.)

10. Loss of personal items

Our guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuable or personal items throughout their entire stay.

The hotel shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of property due to neglect of the guest or anyone connected to the guest’s stay at the hotel.

Additionally, the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage due to force majeure.

11. Applicable Law

The abovementioned terms are governed by Greek law, and Greek courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with them.
